At PURA, we know your liver health can't wait. Every order is packed with care so your Bergamot Liver Support drops arrive quickly — sealed, fresh, and ready to work from the very first dose.
1. Order Processing
All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed Monday–Friday are processed the same or next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- During high-volume periods — such as promotions, launches, or major holidays — processing may extend up to 4 business days. We'll keep you informed.
2. Shipping & Delivery Timeframes
United States
All U.S. orders ship free via USPS. Estimated delivery after shipment:
- Standard Shipping (Free): 3–5 business days
International
International orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment, depending on destination and customs processing.
Note: Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, or customs processing may affect transit times.
3. Order Tracking & Shipping Notifications
The moment your order leaves our facility, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
- Tracking links become active within 24-48 hours of shipment.
- If your tracking hasn't updated after 48 hours, reach out, we'll investigate right away.
- If you haven't received a confirmation email, check your spam or promotions folder.
4. Shipping Delays
We do everything possible to meet delivery windows, but some delays are outside our control. PURA is not liable for delays resulting from:
- Carrier disruptions or service outages
- Severe weather or natural events
- Customs or import processing (international orders)
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. PURA is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at the time of purchase.
- If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately at contact@purasculpt.com — we'll do our best to intercept it.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, we want to make it right.
- Contact us with your order number and a photo of any damaged packaging.
- We'll work with you on a resolution — whether that's a replacement, store credit, or another remedy.
